The last couple of days, I have forgotten to take my 1pm Xanax, and when i have remembered it at about 4pm, i havent felt any need for it, so I just have missed it.
That meansmy Xanax use has gone from 4mg per day to 2mg per day, and yet I feel calmer than I have in years.

I just wish somebody had prescribed me nardil plus nortriptyline 10 years ago - life might have turned out very differently

Jono that's wonderful. And who said one had to wean off the benzos? You are proof one doesn't. So no side effects at all? You are a first I think but not positive of this. Phillipa

I think the last 2mg I'd have to taper, if it came to giving up them, but I dont plan on doing that for yet a while.
It feels so good to feel good, I just want to keep doing when I'm doing and get everything stable before I consider making any changes

No plans to discontinue as yet Phillipa - I'm just going to enjoy feeling normal for a while
