what is it when you are constantly forgetfull over and over again ...all day ..only in late 40's.....put ear drops in eye yesterday...had to go to emergency clinic...getting scary

Your mind is thinking of other things all at the same time. I know this feeling do it myself. Distracting thoughts. As my pdoc says all symptoms of ocd, anxiety. Phillipa

boy you got that right phillipa,,,,Ativan does not really seem to be helping ..unless I take 3 a day...might be time for some alcohol

phillipa the dr. gave me 3 1mg tablets to use daily...i'm just afraid that its to much...he doesn't seem concerned...have -ocd ..bad anxiety lately

3mg per day of Ativan isnt an especialy high dose, if you need that much, i wouldnt be worried.
if you need a benzo every day, i would suggest taking an antidepressant (either one of the SSRI's or mirtazapine) to help try and manage your anxiety with less reliance on benzos. That said, for some people, me included, daily benzo use is essential to leading a normal productive life, if thats the case, accept it and dont worry.

I take zyprexa for anxiety. and forgetfullness. The forgetfullness seems to be a product of my scizoaffective. Thats my suggestion.

unfortunately I am diabetic so zyprexa or any other a typicals are out of the question
