*Off the rails*

Posted by Phil on October 21, 2012, at 5:23:53

I'm not sleeping, my brain did not turn off the last 3-4 nights. I'm a wee bit on the angry side but of course I'm justified, right? Not really.
I hate this. I'm OK just wired and tired mixed in with a bit of bad judgement.

Maybe you should contact your pdoc. Did you start any new medications that could cause agitation? Are your generics working as well as your usual medications? Maybe the dose will need to be tweaked.

I know that feeling. :( Last time it was when I tried to decrease my miniscule dose of Lamictal.

I'll quit sending you positive energy and try to send positive alpha waves instead. :) Good healthy sleep is what you need, and not a drop more energy.

If you ever are able to do so, you might find biofeedback helpful. Just hang on through this time of no insurance. Maybe do a countdown and recognize that as awful as you feel, it won't last forever.

Oh yeah, I think I can recall a few of those times. Your anger is justified. It's the extent to which it causes you distress that is problematic.

How's the seroquel going?
You take something else too, right?

I'm still om brand Seruquel but I asked doc to take me off of Vyvance(love that stuff but geez expensive) asd go to Adderall. I used to take 60 mg Adderall and I'm taking forty now and it seems like the next morning I'm still buzzing. Didn't take it today and will drop down to 20mg. I wasn't sleeping and was getting just well you know. I was on 120mg of Vyvanse and it was so smooth and effective. I called Costco to see how much 60mg 30ea was, $185. So it may cost $400 at my dose, not realistic. I just slept and may go right back to bed. Stims, speed has always done the trick but wowza.

Good idea. It sounds as if Adderall is the last thing you need right now.

But I did know I needed a stim because back when I was going thru AD's when one was added it did the trick.
So I'm on these meds sleeping 16 hours a day. I told my doc stim. Got Provigil. Stim. Got Nuvigil. Stim. Adjusts another med. My therapist is great and right down the hall. He loves giving shrinks hell. I think he intervened and said your patient may know something. Vyvanse. He was thrilled with the results and wanted to bump the dose even higher, I said I'm good and I hardly take naps longer than 15 minutes. I wasn't wired, I was me.
I had been down the Pro/Nu road before and it was like taking Aspirin to me.
I like my doctor a lot but I've been on meds twice as long as he was in med school. I'm no genius but I'm no dummy either. They can all be as stubborn as a mule.

I went to geek squad can't recall the virus but it was nasty. No one contacted me but I still get emails with people wanting to know how I came up with my posting name, TruthSerum. lol
I slept a lot today. The Adderall had me wired and not sleeping. Reducing the dose or dropping it.

I'm not following your post or sure what you mean but I said I got rid of the virus using Malwarebytes a few months ago. I couldn't do anything if I still had malware. This is a link to Malwarebytes on cnet(totally safe) If you want to protect from the next virus, this is the best product on the market.

Anything I can get my hands on.

Seroquel 300mg
Clonazepam 1.5
Lithium 900
Lamictal 300
Adderall XR 40

Not doing that bad till stress or other stuff hits. Got off Vyvance because of $$$. I think it was better, at least for me.

We have very similar cocktails, sir.

15 mg Abilify
1200 mg Lithium
60 mg Viibryd
70 mg Vyvanse

I was on 300 mg of Lamictal for a few months back in 2007. It set off my OCD.

What's your diagnosis? How does stress usually affect you?

Eric

I'm Bipolar I, ADHD, OCD.

BTW I love your sense of humor-some of your earlier posts had me in stitches.

Thanks. I go to other forums, learn what they are talking about, and make up stories. I have fans but not money.

On meds, I take what the doctor says. I haven't done drugs for enjoyment since Journey picked up another guitarist. Unfortunately, none are loud enough to drown out the vocals.

But I will always love weed especially the stuff I USED TO grow(not for profit) I shared with three friends who used to kneel when I came in the room. Now I'm back to, 'it's Phil, don't pick up.' Losers. Seriously when I have too many things talking at once in my brain I can take two hits and think, ice cream. Just that. I'm going to eat a whole lot of ice cream!!!!!!

>Thanks. I go to other forums

I used to go to Crazy Meds and talk sh*t there. I always pissed off the moderators and got myself banned. Which would piss me off and motivate me to sign onto their forum with different emails until they banned my IP. Then I'd just find other computers (like my brother-in-law's) and sign up from a different IP. I became rather obsessed with the whole thing.

>none are loud enough to drown out the vocals.

Didn't Journey pick up that vocalist off Youtube?

>I will always love weed

I got my pipe right here, smiling at me the way it does with those cute little dimples...

>ice cream!!!!!!

Ice Cream makes me scream. My teeth are too sensitive.

What does the doctor say to take?

Eric
