I do wonder where others have gone to post since not many seem to use babble any longer. Used to be Tuesday and Wednesday were know for questions. Now none here? Phillipa

You post this sort of post occasionally, Phillipa.
Do you think that each time you post it there was a recent drop in activity? Wouldn't there be too little by now for it to arouse any curiosity at no posting?
Or is it that there is a temporary drop in posting before it returns to its new low level?
Or are you occasionally commenting on what is always true?
Just curious.

Yes. I feel bad that Phillipa feels bad. I would still like to know if she experiences anxiety when she has fewer posts to respond to.

No not anxiety as Twinleaf said this was a great place to connect and discuss med and social things with. I also question if the site will close as at least on my computer there are no adds available at bottom of page. So who is supporting the running of the site? And the format here is so readable. Not like psych central. I remember when we expenienced the website crash and were welcomed there. I think Alex had something to do with this. Plus I feel I have learned a lot here. Phillipa

This is good. I was concerned. Anxiety is miserable and so draining. I don't know how you deal with it. Exercise probably helps. I wish I were able to exercise all of these years. I am not yet ready to return to the gym just yet, but I am dusting off my membership card.
I agree that PB format is easier to navigate than PC.
I would be extremely upset if PB were to close down. It is a great learning tool and a pleasant distraction that helps me get through the day. I dare say that I would experience a certain amount of anxiety if this were to happen.

To me this is because it has literally been your life for so many years. I live with anxiety and it's incompacitating. But nothing works so I push on. Doesn't help that when excercise the back pain is horrible. Last thing I do as if to do it earlier the pain wouldn't allow me to anything self. Phillipa

I was just wondering how to interpret your posts. If I understand correctly, you note a lack of posts in a time period and worry that this time it will be the end?
I'd hate to see that too. Babble has meant a lot to me for a very long time. Dr. Bob is funding it as he always did. Bandwidth shouldn't be an issue. :) Dr. Bob seems to have deserted us in terms of his presence, but as long as he shells out the money Babble should continue no matter how low posting goes.
