Whats' the highest dose you've been on? Or heard of? Thinking of pushing Remeron dosage >60mg.

i'm curious too scott. i know in europe they go much higher than the usa.
i'm at 30. what happens as you up the dose? actually, this is a question for anyone.
it's helped me sleep and gain 15 pounds in over a year. might be helping w/anxiety too. though i'm on 2mg to 3mg of klonopin a day, so not sure the remeron is doing much for the anxiety.
i do know my mood has not lifted and my ruminating is still working overtime.

Benefits of 60mg over 45mg - less depression, more energy
Cons - an even greater feeling of constant starvation, possibly more weight gain per week, certainly more anxiety (most likely linked to the uncontrollable weight gain and feeling constantly starved), increased paranoia and re-experiencing past trauma (linked to weight gain). You won't experience that last one.You can probably tell that I quit due to intolerable side effects.
You can only give it a try.
