For bipolar/unipolar depression and/or anxiety, please write the combo that you have had the most success with, so we can get new ideas. For me it's still Remeron 30mg + Zoloft 50mg + clonazepam 2mg a few years ago.

I am currently having luck with the addition of prazosin to my drug regime. It has made a huge difference. I feel much better. I anticipate achieving remission withing a year.
Currently:
Parnate 80 mg
nortriptyline 150 mg
Lamictal 200 mg
Abilify 10 mg
lithium 300 mg
prazosin 6 mg

Years of 50mg luvox, 2.5mg lexapro, and decreasing doses of xanax .125mg now and 7.5mg of valium. Doesn't really work. Best was just when on low doses of benzos but wasn't depressed. Phillipa
