Anyone have success on Deplin?

Posted by Roslynn on February 10, 2012, at 13:08:30

Please forgive me but I'm too worn out to search the board right now..

I am trying Deplin and now on day 7 of Deplin 15mg.

Did anyone find that it made a real difference for them? What side effects did you experience?

The pdoc gave me samples to start out with but I understand it can cost as much as $100/month!

Thank you
Roslynn

I took the 7.5mg of Deplin. And 15mg is now considered the best dose per Deplin people who were at one time looking on babble for users of Deplinl. I didn't notice a thing. But I think two people have found sucess with Deplin. Google Ron Hill poster, And one other or just Deplin on the Dr Bob Side Of Google. Phillipa

There is a generic for Deplin available now. Depending on your insurance, it could cost under $20 a month. If not, my doctor told me about a home delivery pharmacy (Brand Direct Health)where the price is under $50 for a month.

I would get a months worth, then you can say you tried it for a month+samples (another week?) you will know by than if it is helping. I didn't get any side effects. I think it helps me I'm on the 7.5mg dose. If I have a return of depression symptoms I'll probably try 15mg before trying anything else.

Shop around you can certainly get it for less than 100

That was my experience as well. In fact, Deplin actually made me feel moderately worse after the antidepressant effect wore off.
