I have Bipolar II, I don't think you are overmedicated. I do wonder though, why not drop the tegretol and raise the lamictal to 150 or 200mg if you want to be on less meds? herpills

Are you overmedicated? Depends on if you feel like you are.

I diagnosed with ADHD, Bipolar NOS and OCD
I take Lithium 1200 mg, Vyvanse 60 mg, Invega 12 mg, Lyrica 600 mg, Clomipramine 200 mg, Ativan and Seroquel PRN

If your anxiety is prominent I have to ask you if you've ever tried augmenting your Cymbalta with an atypical antipsychotic? (that's what the APA recommends in its treatment algorithm for treating OCD)

Geodon has a pretty good record sof ar as diabeties is concerned - maybe ask if you can try it for say 3 months and see how you go..... monitor both your mood and your diabeties closely and see if its tolorable and benificial.... if it doesnt work, or your diabeties gets worse, its easy enough to stop

just don't want to play around with anything that can spike sugar...do not need the problems ...just wish lamictal had better manic properties.....going to 800 tegretol .and will see in a month
