I have taken Klonopin for years and so does my mother and it doesn't make either one of us sweat.
Tegretol (Equetro) and Trileptal (maybe they are in the same class as Klonopin?) They both made me sweat really bad. I had terrible night sweats and had to stop both meds due to the sweating.
So, maybe, don't know if it's a side effect. I have a wacky system and get those 1 - 2% side effects of meds. You never know.

I've taken klonopin twice a day for ten years, never caused me to sweat at any dosage.

i'm thinking it must be the caffeine---i take 1mg at night for sleep and .5 in the am---in your opinion is that a high dose----do you feel klonopin kicks in at the 3hr mark

No sweating with .5mg. Have been on it for almost 18 years at that dose and never sweating problem.
