Is it an SSRI or SNRI? Primarily for depression or something else?

The one with melatonin is agomelatine, which is not yet available in the U.S. Vibyrd is the trade name for vilazodone, which was approved by the FDA earlier in the year and was supposed to be available in the 2nd or 3rd quarter of 2011. No TV ads for it yet, though. Usually when any new AD comes out there are tons of people writing about it in Psycho-babble. I doubt that I'll try it, I've given up thinking that any magic pill exists, but am curious.

The way I understand is that it is basically an ssri and a 5-Ht1a partial agonist. Only one of its kind, but to me it's likely just another attempt by a drug company to claim big differences to make billions of dollars.
