Equetro is Tegretol which is Carbamazepine. It is related to Triletpal.
I tried both Equetro (Tegretol) and Triletpal and they gave me terrible night sweats. Maybe it would work better in a man.

How does it differ from Tegratol or generic carbamazepine, except in price?

Tegretol CR and generics have been avaliable in Australia for years - I cant see that there would be any difference. Trileptal is a different, though similar drug
