My memory have been severe afected for all these psychotropics drugs I have taken
I have tried to eat all the food that I read helps with memory , like apple , fish oil , garlic and more stuff
However none of this seems to workDo you have any suggestions?

Something like piracetam, maybe? I've never tried it, but there is some evidence that it works.

Stablon (tianeptine) boosted my memory quite noticeably but I think it had a very negative effect on everything else. It's been proven to have a lot of neuroprotective properties which is good for social phobia, but somehow it made my day-to-day functioning worse. You could try it but watch out for apathy and just general worsening of your condition
