I'm not liking busbar side effect so I skipped a day. Could I get rebound anxiety in such a small amount of time? I think that's not enough time for rebound to occure but I don't know, it could just be me being me.

Buspar isn't generally associated with rebound anxiety.

Hi Ed buspar is a med that confuses me as when I took it with benzos it was given at 5mg. Now it seems they give higher doses. I was also told if you had taken a benzo it wouldn't work. Thanks PJx

I was on buspirone for a few years - 40mg per day. There was the odd occasion when I forgot to take it but I never experienced any rebound anxiety from not taking it. Never really had any troublesome side effects from the drug either.

Hi jms600.May I ask what you were treating with buspirone? In what ways did you find it helpful?
Thanks.
