I think I have tried a lot of different things but nothing is working.
Trileptol, Lithium, Celexa, Ativan, Abilify are my current medications. I have tried a fair few others in the past which I cant remember.
I have hallucinations and hear things, my feet and toes twitch so much I have blisters and my swings last up to 6 months Not sure I can take another 6 months of this. Last week I kicked the dashboard of my truck untill the radio fell out (It was broken anyway)
I work out 3 times a week and work a lot to keep myself distracted and somewhat exhausted but nothing is working.
My Psychiatrist is at a bit of a loss as to what to do with me. I am Bi Polar type A, ADD, Alcoholic. (But I dont drink)
Anyone have any recommendations?

I feel for you. Two Mood stabalizers, and Ablify, and ad and benzo. Are you getting lithium levels tested? Phillipa

That mix of meds can cause pretty bad EPS and twitching. Does Lithium work for you? Have you tried Depakote? Have you tried adding in Propranolol?
