Turns out I need cogentin after all. I started taking it with the perphenazine since the begining. After a while the shakes went away, and I assumed it was from abilify coming out of my system. So a couple weeks ago I tried stoping the cogentin to see if I still need it. after about a week I noticed that I was getting the shakes a lot. So I went back on it and they went away. Well atleast I'm happy now that I take the cogentin for a reason.
Oh, and the weird thing when I stoped the cogentin my vision started to get a lot more blurry. And when I went back on it the blurry went right away. Weird?
