Basically says that the success rate is similar to antidepressants and it's growing in popularity, but doctors are concerned about seizures.

Thanks for sending the link. I like Scientific American. Just to share my experience, I recently underwent rTMS for dysthymia/depression. I had more than 15 treatments. Compared to ECT, rTMS is a piece of double chocolate cake. Unfortunately, for me, it had no impact whatsoever on my mood (neither did ECT). I sure wish it did, though. Now I take a third medication and I pray it helps me out. If you can scrounge up the money to pay for rTMS, go for it. I hope it works for you!
