So, this is what i have: shortness of breath, feel like panic every now and then (im getting better at handling that which I think is due to exercising), I get very loud, I feel like i'm in this current state of fear. I'm veryy keen to whats going around me. Like for example, one time a hair moved on my body and i reacted. how crazy is that haha. Now looking at all of that, I would say I would need something to definately cause my fear and anxiety down (i have the most random thoughts going through my head all the time) but it doesn't really bother me that much. Another example, this happened twice already, when i used a spoon, my hand shakes. I can't help it, it just shakes. my friend was like " what do you have, parkonsins" it was pretty embaressing but i knew what it was. I've looked into depakote and I think it'd be the right drug for me but is there any other opinions? And I DONT want Benzos. I have those, i wanna get rid of them.

Okay as benzos was my thought. Sounds a lot like PTSD as I do the same. Some like lyrica? Phillipa
