Stimulants

I've noticed sometimes when I take Vyvanse, it makes me very depressed in a torn up mood, and low doses alway's do this. They make things just..."dull"

High doses seem to excaerbate emotions when taken with repeated doses, which I did in the past, but I've told my doctor [the abuse] of repeatedly taking them over, just will not happen. I have to stick to my word, and deal with bad part when they wear off. It feels like a knife cutting your emotions in a blender, ugh it makes you look like you have really bad emotional problems [my case]. Yet I already seem to have them when I'm stressed out at work because someone will ask me to something, and I do it another way, and it's like I rip myself in anger because I can't do something correctly. But I know now, what the effect's are from repeated dosing, usally depression and damaged emotions, and also when your dealing with a situation that is hard in it'self, people that have no sympathy, one time I litterly overdosed on dextroamphetaine and I went into a convulsion at work, still there was no sympathy...they where like "rj what's next in your drama?". But that was because of by bad-work ethic, and franlky it was deserved. This was a couple year's back, and I lived through it and learned a lesson.

I just have planned, a "system" of how "not" to mistake stimulants, and then make it into a routine. It's like making it 2nd natured, then finally success and I will gain the trust of taking them right. Yet they alway's have helped with doing tasks, they alway's make me torn up about something because I think stimulates a center in the brain that usally is "turned" off.

____

Anyway's, let's cut all that drama out...

How do they effect you in work? life..etc?

It doesn't sound like it is helping you but is making you feel worse. Maybe you shouldn't take it.

You have to know....kind what a medication will do, what effect's that your going to expet from it. With stimulants usally the amphetamine class...they alway's "dull" things out at low doses, and high doses will improve the mood but there is bad crash that leaves you just "dead" in functioning.

The best...dose that I took where actually 2 medications. Vyvanse 1 70mg every 6-7 hours for 12 hour coverage, then I switched to Dexedrine Spansules 2 15mg at 9am then 2 at 3pm and that seemed to level it out.

The thing, I think when "misusing" amphetamines they can "severely" disturb emotions, causing "collaspse", and I know that's well known and I've learned from it. Still the benefit of being able to work is better over not being able to work. I was taking Xanax 2mg every 2 hours one time when I was taking Dexedrine, and that was to level off the irrtiblity and emotion spasm they gave. But that was more of "recreational" use, they used to have something called "dexamyl" which was 15mg of d-amphetamine, and 90mg of amobarbital back in the 60's and 70's...I think they where called "christmastrees" and it was discontinued because of no real medical value or it was just being abused too much by people.

I'm off Xanax, yet it take a low dose XR form. It's better than nothing, but also alprazolam helps with depression, it just does something to the mood.

I just want to get back on track, and if I have to go through bad side effect's again that's just....has to be that way.

But, thanks for the response!
