I take my lamictal 300mg all at once at bedtime and was wondering if it might be more effective splitting doses during the day? It has been a great drug for me so just want to utilize it properly! Any experiences would be great, thanks,

Thanks for responding phillipa, doesn't interfere thankfully with sleep but thought that maybe it has a shortlife and would be weaker during the daytime because I take it at bedtime and while I sleep it loses potency.

> MoggerIt has a fairly long half life, more than a day, so if you've discovered as you ramped up it hasn't made any difference to sleep, then probably unless its a unusually high dose, you could take it at once in the morning.
I take 250 in the morning, but everyone is different.
