get me out this twilight zone

,thats what im going to do drop the valerian ,i take 2 i dropped one will take no more, im getting frusrtatate with the zoloft an its dull brain affect , also getting weight on as it does spark up my apitite ,i no why people on these meds get fat , there so unmotivated they eat more an no excercise.in the heath shop the assistant was on about a guy who ditched his antidepessants after 30 years an was giveing it the 5 htp, an doing well . she tried to tell me about it an was shocked when i said i already no,my food intake is not great ,listen 7 am meds 2 biscites,12am bread salad cob or soup,3till 4 three bottles 330m beer like stella or san migwell, 4pm big tea maby chips eggs beans ,or big dinner, the one big meal of day,have a snoze if possible ,computer till 8pm . then tv till 12pm maby have orange an tin tuna or instead bag potato chips end of , all that is one meal for some american an english ,an i walk, an still put on weight ,in the days before zoloft i had day that would liturly put me to bed in crisis then days clear of most simptoms ,so i would make the most of them because i new i would get battered soon after , but with zoloft you get nothing , i would say the nothing will in the end drag me down, plus the sex thing , prozac let you have sex it made you fat but it made you happy its a shame it wont work on me again the bastard,the citalopram witch the doc wanted dont seen a good trade off, it dose the same as zoloft only making you even fatter , i will have to make a call soon or stay in the twilight f*ck*ng zone,xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Good post. Your posts are some of the most interesting. If you want to lose weight, you might consider cutting down on the beer, or drinking the low calorie stuff, although it never tastes as good.

A stimulating AD is buproprion (Wellbutrin), which, if taken early in the morning, should not effect sleep too much. It might make you irritable for a few weeks, but that usually wears off. You can usually add it to what your taking without problems.

neal , cut down on the beer , wwwwwwwwwhat its a bonding thing with the guys, they no im crazy but to them im still there buddy , i tried the soda an blackcurant sh*t , but it worked out the same , it takes me 2 hours to drink 3 bottles , before it took 3 minutes,your right i no but i have to carry on the beer, im no alki when ill bad i do crazy things like bottle of vodka , thats finished , so the 3 bottles is like giveing 1 finger to the illness , does that make sence to you
