Hi are you new to babble if so welcome. I don't know why you're waking at 2am. Is the sulpride working for the schizophrenia? What type do you have? How long have you been on your dose. Living at home and working? Guess a bit nosey just trying to get to know you a bit. love Phillipa

Hi gtx111. Welcome. All the way from Beijing!

I understand your question to be about the slightly unusual times your go to bed awake, as compared to the rest of the people? I wouldn't worry about it, honestly. You're getting, from the sounds of things, seven hours of sleep. That's a good amount to have on a regular basis. If you really want to adjust the timing, you could try shifting it by maybe 10 minutes a night, pausing if at any time you have any difficulties with the change. With a little persistence, you can adjust this.
