Just picked up some tonight from Vit. store. I've been gaining weight around the belly area like I never have. Anxiety has been at record highs lately. I'm thinking my Cortisol levels my be high and thought I'd try some Relora for weight loss and possibly some stress relief.
I've read up on the Kava Kava for years, but have never taken it. From what I've read, it's similar in action to the Benzos without the addiction and sedation, boy would that be wonderful. I'm looking to stop my Xanax and Klonopin at some point and just thought if this worked similarly it might help me through the withdrawal when the time comes. Very curious to see if any have had sucess with either of these two herbs.
