I have not been able to tolerate topamax or zonegran in the past. And I am unable to tolerate any of the SSRIs or SNRI (pretty much anything that effects serotonin). I don't know how topamax and zonegran work into that.
I am wondering if Neurontin is similar to topamax or zonegran? If T & Z hurt my bladder, would Neurontin? Urologists prescribe it a lot and I am afraid to try it.

Other than being moodstablizers/anticonvulsants, I don't think they have anything in common. It might help if you post what all drugs you have tried, and what symptoms and diagnosis you have. Neurontin is very tolerable drug, and has less side effects.
