Jeroen is this the doc who has treated you in the past? If it is he has your health record with the meds you've been on. If so what med does he think you should be on? By the way do you have a formal diagnosis but I feel it's the symtoms that need to be treated. Phillipa

What dose of clozapine are you taking? It sounds as though you got some very, very good advice above from Yxibow and BPPsychFellow, and it is probably worth considering it carefully before changing medications.
It's so hard, when one is suffering, to find the patience to tolerate waiting for a medication to kick in. You haven't been on the clozapine very long, and it didn't sound as though you'd gotten up to a therapeutic dose yet, either. I know you want to feel better -- and we all want you to feel better -- but I worry that you're giving up so quickly that you may be missing out on a good and effective medication. If you can't stay with a medication long enough for it to work, then you're unlikely to find a good solution for your distress.
I wish you the very best.

Do what my doctor did, and start at a high dose. Like 15mg zyprexa. It knocked me out. Worked real well.
