posted a short while ago that i tried luvox and decided to stop after 5 days cos i got a sudden joint pain in my ankle and freaked out but later felt that i might've been too rash. well i decided to try it again and it's been 15 days now, 75mg and i'm aching all over - really bad muscle tension in hands, neck, shoulder, shins. timing's bad and can't really come off it at the moment, but just wondering if there's any chance the muscle tension can go away? i also feel generally weaker and have a lot less stamina when swimming - my muscles seem to tire really quickly. is there any obvious reason why an ssri might cause this? is it possible to counter reliably? thanks for any help

I've been on luvox for years doesn't work but can't get off the low dose of 50mg with valium. But there was a time when it worked and never got pain from it that is strange to me. Wonder what's causing it is a listed side effect? Phillipa

muscle tension is listed. when i brought it up to my pdoc he said he didn't think the luvox could be causing it. but i'm almost certain it is - which is why i was wondering if anyone had any anecdotal advice or anything about the pain going away. i'll try calling him again next week anyway

once lost an entire summer trying erzone and then luvox
with luvox it was like getting slapped with two hours of the flu every day in the late afternoon
