Anxiety that manifests into mental changes

Posted by Sky Brite Line on June 21, 2008, at 0:30:11

Ok, to be brief. Very good desciption of life, im either not paying attenntion or its the exact oppoosite, i can have anxiety, more over nuerotic. Have you heard of self-trama, or intense pain you inflict upon yourself(i mean mentally, not psychially), anxiety, disorientiation, or you just cant seem to catch on to life, and you blame yourself.

anxiety, or overstimulation to panic when its too much makes things seem not real, Or self-denial in that refusing to accept reality, and just say, "everything is fine". I've realized its the choices you make and desire will cause consqeqences.

Main reason why i experince these tramaizing events is because sometimes learning, and knowing how to deal with life is very important. When you dont.....too many things can happen.

Descion making, quick thinking, and having good faith.

But really, does anyone here know what trama can do? not when you a child, i had a good childhood, its just growing and becoming an adult is horrififying.

anhedonia + anxiety = depersonalization / derealization

I believe this is what you are experiencing. You really have to attack the anxiety first, whether by using antidepressants or benzodiazepine anxiolytics like Atavan or Klonopin. Then you will be more apt to respond to antidepressants. I suppose Zyprexa would help. However, you might want to take both Zyprexa and Abilify at the same time for a few weeks, and then drop the Zyprexa.

Anxiety and panic is all about control on some level. Depersonalization is just a coping tactic that the brain uses when you get enough adrenaline running through your body. Its nothing particularly special, exercise vigurously and you'll probably feel something similar.
