Whos has found them helpful? Which one and at what dose? I believe they can be taken at a lower dose than for depression. Thank you

Believe it or me that doesn't sleep give me benzos chloral hydrate and seroquel together. Once took pamelar l0mg and was plastered to the bed til two pm. Never took it again. Unbelieable. Phillipa
