I need something in addition to effexor xr 187.5 mgs and lamictal 100mgs
I took low dose seroquel for a while, but it's not for me anymore.
I think I need a non-benzo alternative, I was on klonopin for a long time, but eventually I need to have the dose upped and I get depressed on it.I've got to get rid of some anxiety.

Vistaril is a non-benzo and good for anxiety and sleep.
Google it, docs love to prescribe this stuff.
