It isn't really "out" yet although it quietly slipped into the pharmacy to extend their patent to 2017. From the wisdom of doctors who have combined Seroquel all at night for years, the difference between the two would be very slight.

I'm on 200 mg of Seroquel and my doctor split the dose: 100 mg in the morning and 100 mg at night. She said it's more effective that way. Since it doesn't make me drowsy, I have no problem with a morning dosage.

The doses are too large if I recall. There is no 25mg 50mg etc, which is stupid on behalf of Zenica, since I am assuming most of their market is in those using the med low dose as a sleep / anxiety adjunctive.
