This combination has received no study whatsoever as far as I know. If you take them together you will be a human guinea pig :)

I took both but not together.
I believe both are POTENT CYP 2D6 3A4 , so theoratically they should enhance each other's metabolism whivh could be dangerous.Best to start with a VERY LOW dose, then increase.

After taking 1st dose of Tianeptine, while already taking Serzone, massive amounts of anxiety occurred, so you must be right about that one. Short lived though, just a few hours, I know tianeptine has a short half-life, so I have no doubt this was the cause. Too bad, they are both good drugs, maybe not so much combined though.

I have been curious about it's metabolism - I read that it's not processed through CYP 450 enzymes...
