Does heat hurt Nardil?

Posted by UgottaHaveHOPE on October 19, 2007, at 14:56:26

I carried around Nardil with me most of the summer in Georgia. I never exposed it to direct sunglight, but sometimes the pills were a little warm. Do you think that may have affected anything?

Michael can you get a new prescription to be sure? I'm sure your doc will go along with this. Phillipa

Well the packet/box my nardil comes in as well as the actual bottle has 3 seperate warnings stating to keep refrigurated (not frozen) between 2 and 8 degrees celcius (35 to 45 F)
I assume there must be a good reason for it.

I asked my pharmacist, and he said that it should be kept in the fridge if possible. And that heat can make it less effective.
