Well I tried lyrica (only lasted about 2 weeks) and although it seemed to help with my anxiety it seemed to make me more depressed (a bit like Nardil really).
I have quite a lot of it left and not sure what to do with it.

How high was your dose for the anxiety? Thought higher doses were supposed to help depression? Phillipa

Well, it would be nice not to "waste" it, but the answer is probably to take it to your chemist to have it disposed of. What you don't want to do is flush it -- otherwise, what will happen to those poor psychotic fish? (I'm being flip, but it's true: don't flush left-over meds.) If you throw them away, think about wrapping them in plastic wrap or putting them into a zipper locked plastic bag, and wrapping them in duct tape or other strapping tape, to keep them from leaching into the landfill.
All things considered, I generally recommend asking your chemist to dispose of them -- easier than trying to figure out how to protect the environment from them, eh?

Hi..I have been taking Lyrica for about 5 or 6 weeks.At this time I am taking 500mg.For a few days at this dose I was feeling pretty good,but now it is over stimulating me,and my thoughts are all over the place.I am trying to get to 600mg with the hope it might calm be down.What doses did you take,and how did it make you feel?Also,did you take it in two doses a day?
