i am on a low-dose, 2mg, and in the hospital during the week where i have a cogentin prn. i still hate it. i have a terrible personal history with these medications. my diurnal bruxism is slower, so maybe it is actually helping via 5ht-2a antagonism, but i don't like this sort of guess work. i am also on adjunctive ritalin and lorazepam... bleh.

personally i would rather just do ect, in the hospital i am in they seem to do it exceptionally. (i think bifrontal.) a person who i see everyday and talk to a lot, forgets *nothing*, and is obviously on the ball, no impairment short term cognition-wise, does not sleep the whole day afterward through. he is doing great. he is at 10-11 treatments and continuing.
