I'm starting to find the metformin realy usefull. I can eat again without high blood sugar or weight gain. Infact I'm feeling more normal than before. Also sleeping less. More awake and energetic. I'm actualy starting to loss weight again on this high dose of zyprexa. The only side effect of the metformin is slight tummy ack right after pill for short time. I actualy feel healthy!
These B-vitamins are realy good too. Don't have that head in the cloudes feel anymore. Nerves starting to respond more, down to earth feeling, like never before in a long time.
Finding the 2, anti depressing in a different way.
I'm taking 500mg metformin with each meal, when posible. Taking 2 B-100's a day for the last week, cutting back to 1 a day now. Also 500mcg of B-12 and 400mcg folic acid. The 100's are the best ones.
Also taking: bupropion sr 300, citalopram HBr 80 (generic seems a little weaker than brand, was 60), glycine 30g.
Others: nicotine lozenge 4mg, caffein 8 cups, 1.5oz vodca 3 days a week. Lovastatin, niaspan, armour thiroid, asperin, toprol(blood pressure). + one ciggarette.
Thats it.

great that you are losing weight and feeling better. But seriouly the vodka has to go. Shouldn't drink with all those meds. Love Phillipa

I drink no more than absolutly necessary. Three drinks a WEEK is not bad is it? I don't drink it at the same times as I take any medicine.

It does scare me a little. So last night I only drank half the drink and dumped the rest.

Not losing weight anymore. Not gaining either. But eating more, and exercizing less.
