Have you definately exhausted all medication options?
I was wondering would you consider something like Deep Brain Stimulation or would you consider that to be too risky? It's just that you are in the United States aren't you and from what I've seen they are doing multicentre trials there?
There is somebody I have been writing to here in the Uk, he like you has tried lots of medications, ECT and VNS and he was hoping to try DBS here in the UK unfortunately they seemed to have posponed the trial and it's gone quiet.
