Caffeine is supposedly OK in moderate doses, amphetmamines are a big no-no according to my doc.
What other possibilities are there?
Modafinil?
Something else?

Probably none, stims and MAOIs dont get along.

I think it depends. Some docs use stims--even Desoxyn--with MAOIs. I don't know how they work out dosing or how dangerous it is but...I guess its an option in some cases.

Hi,
Because of the risk involved, I would want an expert PDOC to monitor any use of stimulants with a MAOI. That person may be very hard to find, but I would not risk it unless that PDOC had used the combination many times. Modafinil might be the exception, but my MD is even uncomfortable using this with MAOI's.
Take care,
Jedi
