Posted by indepth horizen on January 28, 2007, at 20:38:11

Well, i smoke sometimes, and you know its a nasty habit, but i have become addicted.

I've been smoking near 2 years and already cough, choke, i have got to stop.

Wellbutrin..........well i have had expiences with it that where not good.

Any suggestion on how to quit?

Chantix is a new medication for smoking cessation. Can't vouch for it, but it's out there. Just like with meds everyone's different. I used the patch, gum, and in the end it was simply will power for me. I smoked for about 7 years and must have quit at least a dozen times. Sometimes for over a year. I've permanently quit for 3 years now and it's been unquestionably the best thing I've ever done...period. But enough about me. It will likely be the best thing you ever do also. Good luck.

Thanks...Health...Saturn
