I've recently started Topamax, which normally reduces anger & irritability. But I've definitely become more short-tempered and had more angry thoughts since I've started taking it. My pdoc says he has never heard of anyone having this reaction. Anyone? And does it ever go away?

I didn't have this with Topamax, but I did get it at certain doses of Lamictal. It smoothed out after a few weeks, but it was pretty hateful for awhile. I feel for you.
