I'm finding that spliting the the dose of abilify in half and taking one half in the morning and the other half at lunch, seems to reduce side-effects. Also a slow increase seems to reduce side-effects. Taking 7.5mg a day now, up from 5mg. This 7.5mg dose was hard to swallow 3 weeks ago, but now is very tolerable.
