To where u can't stop the thoughts they are going so fast. And periods of severe irritabilty, typically for no reason?
This couldn't just be anxiety/depression, could it?

I've had the Dx before, but all docs are different. But any time i search for racing thoughts and extreme irritability, BP comes up.

It sounds like it could fall in what they call the "bipolar spectrum". Many times it just isn't clear-cut. Could be depression, anxiety, bipolar, or schizophrenia at some level, or a blend of several of them. If antidepressants do not help much or make things worse, that is a strong clue pointing to bipolar.

Yes, most AD's make me worse, just shoot through the roof, and discontinue most w/ in 1-7 days. Only problem is that i have OCD, so i need to find one that im comfortable w/. I'm gonna give Effexor a shot.
I'm on wellbutrin as well, but i think that 300 is proving too activating for me. Perhaps i could tolerate the AD's better once stable on lamictal.
