Hi am I confused? I thought the med board was for personal experiences on meds and to offer support to others starting on meds? Didn't know I had to have a degree or be a med expert to post here. Could you tell me what it is as I've been on so many meds. Thanks I only frequent this board and social and self-esteem and sometimes psychology. Love Phillipa

I think you're fine Phillipa. Not everyone may agree with you, but keep doing what you're doing. You've helped a lot of people. You don't need everyone's validation. I think you're a really nice, supportive person.

It is great to have such a friendly and caring "meet and greater" on this board. You cannot make everyone happy so don't spend much time worrying over what one person thinks about you.

Phillipa, I'm so sorry you're hurting. I was hurt a couple weeks ago and you just gave me so much support and I appreciate it so much. Don't pay attention to what other people think. You are an important, nice, valuable, genuine person, and I like having you here.

You've helped us all out, Phillipa. It's great the way you respond when no one else has focussed on something. It's one of the things about pbabble that's so remarkable, the caring and responsiveness of the people here-- and you're so often the one to be there.
Don't take hurtful reactions to heart. It's hard to understand why one person has a particular reaction-- to anything.
I hope you can accept the encourgement and support of many others, as at least as important--

I used to wonder why Phillipa responded to all sorts of posts when I couldn't see why. Then I noticed something: the "notify you of later follow-ups to this thread" checkbox. Phillipa has even said once or twice that she's responding in order to follow the thread.
That's not how I read the board, but I know a lot of people here do that. (I just scan for what might interest me, when I am in the mood. Chacun a son gout.) It's a perfectly legitimate reason to respond to a post, though, in my opinion.
Besides, when Phillipa does respond for that reason, she's always polite at worst, and friendly at best. If anyone doesn't want to read that, there are options to avoid it. Including, I'd add, the option of just not reading her posts...

I am sorry you are hurting. Please take into account that most people on this board do not agree with the critical remarks that were made.
