How long does it take for sublingual Ativan to work?
My pdoc told me to take it 5 mins before the anxiety producing event, but is that long enough?
Should I maybe take it 20 mins before?
How long does it last?
Will 0.5 mg be enough? Should I take 1 mg?
What are your experiences with sublingual Ativan?

I think you should take it exactly as your doctor prescribed.

I have been on Ativan 6mg (2mg X 3) daily. For severe panic attacks.
Ativan at 1mg didnt do much for me.
If it dissolves, it should hit.
Why where you prescribed Ativan?
I havent been around much....so.
Now i was put on Xanax 2mg x 3 [6mg.] daily. Xanax relieves anxiety much better. But can be addictive

timing is something you will probably have to experiment with because we all have different tolerance levels and absorbtion rates. Of course start with .5 and if it isn't enough ask your doctor about taking more.
