My name is Amit and im from Israel , I safer for 12 years from OCD an social phobia .
I tried almost all the medicine in the world with no succeed , the only drug that help me (for 1 year ) was the Nardil .
The problem with the nardil that it stop working .
I tried the other MAOI drug - Parnate but it didn't help .
Now , I have only one drug that my doctor gave me to try - MARPLAN .
The problem is that I cannot get it in Israel and when I tried to buy it in the US thy asked for a prescriptions from a doctor in the U.S .
I have prescriptions from my doctor in the ISRAEL but thy don't wont to here about it .
Can someone help me to get this drug ,what i should do to get it ?
This is my last chance .

How did the doctor tell you to get the med? If he gave you a prescription, he should have information on how you can get it. I would tell him the trouble you are having trying to get it and see what he suggests. Good luck.

i asked from the doc the marplan because this is the only MAOI that i didnt try .
from what i undestood nowbody in ISRAEL is taking THE MARPLAN
and this is the problem .
it will take a lot of time until they will allow to bring it to ISRAEL .

No one here can help you get a drug, that's one of the rules of the site. We can make suggestions to you, about avenues to explore, but we cannot help you buy a drug, we cannot share our drugs, we cannot give you links to websites where you can buy drugs. We can offer support -- which we do -- we can offer our own experiences in importing drugs for personal use (although that's mostly the US posters, so it won't help you much), and we can suggest places you can do research to find out about the laws of your country are regarding importing prescription drugs for personal use.
My own best advice is to check out the website for your country's government agency that regulates prescription drugs. They should have both a formulary showing all the drugs that have been approved for use in Israel, and a statement regarding the use of non-approved medications.
