Does anyone take lithium with an AD?

Posted by deuce224 on June 3, 2006, at 19:51:17

I am planning on adding on lithium to parnate 40 mg's. Does anyone have experience with lithium augmentation. How much do you take? How long before you felt the effects? Does it cause more brain fog or does it clear your mind? What is your lithium blood level? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
thanks, joe

A lot of people take an AD and lithium, I have for about 18 months now. The lithium started working within 24 hours; the only side effect is some shakiness at times, my dose is 900mg a day. Don't know my blood level other then it is okay.
