I dont dont know whats happening.
Am i having a panic attack, this is getting out of control. Fear is all around me, its here.
I dont know if going to lose my mind, i've getting this feeling of arousal, i cant, im fluctating rapidly. God help me.
Im here with myself, getting ready, i tryping so fast, im almost going to yell, this is so intense.
I've got to get up and start pacing the floor.
Ill get over this

If you're afraid of losing your mind it sounds like a panic attack to me...man I hate those. Take your xanax, you'll be fine.

I took 1.5mg
Im still ok but im on the edge.
When i have these attacks i mean i think i need an antipsychotic.

I have got to go to driving school tommorow.
I hate it when this happens and i have to get up early early in the morning after this happens.

I don't think u need an antipsychotic though. Worrying about the possibility of NMS or TD gave me a panic attack so I quit my AP. I was on Abilify. I tried Risperdal, Geodon, and Seroquel before that. I didn't know about the side effects that was when I just took whatever meds I was given.

I always thought about Thorazine.
Yes panic attacks really give you hang overs. BAD. Coffee doesnt work for panic hangovers.
Dexamphetamine used to work for hang overs because i used to get me back to sorts.Im doing ok right now.
I've got to go to driving school in the moring.
NOT looking forward to it.

hi, those are pannick attacks, you need a good SSRI like SEROXAT, it stopped them for long time
