Hi Ed
many thanks!
I am going to switch from Lithiumaspartat 20mmol/d to Lithiumsulfat (slow release) 18 mmol/d to see if it affects the constipation?! Can I go from one to an other prepartion of Lithium directly if I look on the amount of mmol Lithium ?! With Lithiumaspartat I had a level of 1.0 mmol/ml. Would that change a lot if I take 18 mmol/d day of the Lithiumsulfat ? Aspartat seems to be good because I had problems with -carbonat and citrat. I do it only because of the constipation.
regards
Ben

You will need to have your Li level monitored after you make the change. Different brands of Li vary somewhat in bioavailability, and you may need to adjust the dose.
