I just had a alterned mind state of being, losing my control, going insane, horrible fears.
Ok, when this happens, for some reason my body goes panic-hypomanic, because i feel im on a bridge that is rocking inside my mind. I go into a manic mode, but at the same time, its fear, its stimulating, it feels ok, but its not mania that is happy.
Its usally a trigger at night, like right now, as im posting. I feel great fears, i dont want to think about them becuase they will really disturb me.
I wonder why i go through this, i realize that it is not knowing how to cope with something. Chain reaction.
