How much Parnate do you take daily and how do you divide the doses?
Also if you augment it with something, please write.

ive been taking 20mg before bed... 10 mg whenever.
might switch to all during the day, and time so i can have a nap when the fatigue hits.

I take 30 mg daily, split into 3 doses of 10mg throughout the day. I've only been on it a week, but am already feeling good results. Only problem has been dizziness when standing too suddenly in the morning.
