i'm fine until i take it and then i get a terrible headache.
what's up with that and how long is that going to last? or is it always going to happen, in which case i am bailing...

I seem to remember having some headaches when starting lex, or bumping up my dose. Same with other SSRI's. Sorry, I can't remember how long it lasted. Hope it ends soon for you.

I don't think that that is common with Lexapro. But why not take Tylenol or something like that maybe 30 minutes before taking Lexapro? The headache will probably stop occuring after a few weeks.
