Hello everybody!
Does somebody know bright books about pharmakokinetics, pharmakodynamics and articles relating to clinical studies of benzodiazepines...and so on (I have some Psy-Books but chapters of SRRIS are 200 pages, chapters of Benzodiazepines 20 pages):
-pharmakodynamics, pharmakokinetics, KD values, affinities to receptors
-Receptors binding subtypes and description
-General pharmacology of Bz's
-Efficacy of primary substances and metabolites
-Impact on behaviour (ex. anxiety, sedation, cognitive influence) of primary substances and their metabolites
-Description of broad range Bz's (1,4;1,5, triazolo, 5-Phenylsubstitutions....from Librium, Valium...to Klonopin)
-Chapters relating to clinical studies
-Perhaps also synthesisAny recommendations?
Sincere thanks
sdb
